We are intentionally boutique and every ASA client works directly with our senior directors.

Founded in 1982 by Ann Scott as Ann Scott Associates, the agency was built on a rare combination of insider wellness and hospitality expertise and sharp communications strategy. Over four decades later, that foundation still drives everything we do.
Rosanna Campbell-Gray
Owner and Director
Rosanna returned to ASA Luxury as Director in 2023. She has been consulting on sustainability strategy and corporate communications for some of Europe’s largest listed and non-listed companies. Rosanna oversees the company strategy and is based between Milan and London.
Beatrice Barbato
Associate Director
Beatrice has worked with ASA Luxury for over 10 years and is our cultural expert. She has overseen the launch of over 40 properties over her career. She is based between Milan and London and oversees clients globally.
