For those with a need for speed, Das Central have launched a series of brand-new mountain go-karts. The mountain karts offer driving fun for the whole family on the longest mountain track in Tirol. Guests can go off road go-karting on over 3.7km, from the Gaislachkogl central station right down into the valley, across luscious green meadows and explore all the views the Ötztal mountains have to offer. Mountain go-karts start from €19 per child and €25 per adult.
Activities with Alpacas
For those looking for their inner zen, Das Central offers yoga and hiking but with a difference – amid a herd of friendly alpacas. Alpacas are good for the soul and enchant with their calm and curious nature. The hiking pace is set by the furry friends and the gentle disposition of the alpacas tend to have a calming effect on its companion. Enjoy a special yoga class at the Brandlehof with a fantastic view of Sölden. Classes are suitable for all abilities. Guided Alpaca hikes are roughly two hours long and are from €30 per person.
Witness the Waterfall
The Stuibenfall waterfall is Tirol’s tallest waterfall and can be explored along a new complex of trails. Gaze at the water as it cascades 150 metres over rocks, foaming with tremendous force. For those who want to get up close and personal, guests can climb next to the water on newly built paths and viewing platforms or even on an easy via Ferrata. For a magical flair, visit the waterfall on a Wednesday evening, when the roaring waters are illuminated.
